Hiding Under A Fedora

( Fedora--Payless. Top--For Me. Tank and shorts--Forever 21. Sandals--Naturalizer. Bag--CMG)

Hi everyone!

I have taken a considerable break from blogging, seeing that if I were to start afresh with a career at lawyering, I'd have to mull over my choices and think real hard about the direction I wish to pursue. From the recent feel of things, I am more inclined to take on a job in public service, considering that my last job at the appellate court was of the same nature. Going private just doesn't feel right at the moment, however, I am not writing it off as an option. There's so much to do in so little a time and I want to cover all bases! Hahaha.

So anyway, here we are in Cebu on a girls' day out with friends from law school, a summer kickoff of sorts. There's so much to admire about Cebu and she has won me over with the carefree vibe of the locals. Also, hats off to the taxi cab drivers who were courteous and very professional in their dealing with 'tourists' like us. I'm definitely visiting again.

Ooh, by the way, I'm wearing a hat I picked up at Payless Cebu! ("Really? I didn't notice.") I'm not a big headwear person, but the sun was beating down on us, making the hat a necessary appendage. LOL.

Have a great summer, everyone.

  2. Thank you so much, Jing. You can call me CJ, simply. Hehehe! Unfortunately, I didn't get to go to the beach because of time constraints.

Nindot ang Cebu, I agree with you. There's so much to do and so much to see there. :)
