Why : I have never worn a color as blue as this before. Love is in the air? No. Love is in the details--the stitches,buttons and ruffles, ah, divine. To keep from looking like Miss Minchin, I kept my hair in a messy updo and added the grey shirt underneath the blue top to add casual flair. Because I'm the casual girl. Plus, white pants are a first for me. Good luck!
