Coffee Abstinence

Lent.
For 40 days and 40 nights, I will refrain from drinking coffee. I
will also refrain from substituting tea in its place.
Amen.

(Today Japan was hit by an 8.5 magnitude earthquake. A friend who raises her own family there was terrified like never before in her whole life. I pray for their safety during and in the aftermath.)
